About the Role Our Valuations team within Deal Advisory in Sydney is experiencing phenomenal growth, and we are seeking expressions of interest across the following levels: Senior Analyst Assistant Manager Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with private equity funds, ASX-listed companies, fast growing technology companies, and dynamic private companies. You will be involved in a broad range of valuations, including: Purchase price allocations Independent expert reports Valuations of derivatives Business valuations. All level responsibilities will include: Conduct valuations of businesses, securities, and intangible assets Analyse financial statements, market data, and industry trends to determine valuation inputs Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients Assist in client meetings and presentations, providing expert valuation insights and recommendations. Manager responsibilities will include: Collaboratively managing the team and delivering quality outcomes for our clients Mentor and train junior staff members Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks. About You Must have solid valuations experience Relevant tertiary qualifications Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Solid analytical and research skills Why BDO?
